In 2006 The TD Group was awarded a prime contract by the Combating Terrorism Technology Support Office, Technical Support Working Group (TSWG), under the Executive Program Direction of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low – Intensity Conflict (ASD/SO/LIC), to develop a software solution for use by the U.S. Government for anti-terrorism applications.

The program, Linguist Language Broker (LLB), fostered the design, development and evaluation of a software application that would allow linguists, analysts, and war fighters to quickly access essential words, phrases, sentences, and linguistic data.

Today, The TD Group continues to build upon the lessons learned from the LLB prototype. The CATALOG (Content Aggregation, Translation and Analysis for Language Operations in Government) solution provides next generation language automation capabilities. It is bundled within the FuzeIn service delivery platform and offered as a software as a service (SaaS) model.

These technology improvements continue to help U.S. Government personnel in learning, maintaining, and using language proficiency skills, and provide the U.S. Government with counter terrorism-specific tools to support real-life situations at their desktop or in-theater.
